Attended for shin splint issues I had gained from running and got sessions with Johnny. Was very informative in all areas including identifying the issues and its causes, treating me and giving me home and gym exercises to improve the weaknesses that had contributed to my injury and giving me pointers to avoid picking up the same injuries in the future. Additionally, while not the main purpose of a session he was able to assist and provide exercises for an unrelated injury during my session which was appreciated. Would recommend highly

I sustained a knee injury just under a month before running my first half marathon. Jonny was able to spot the problem straight away and was confident I would still be able to run the half after giving me strengthening exercises to do. I booked in again a few days before the race to make sure I was ok to to do the half and the pain was almost non existent after following Jonny’s exercise plan. I was able to do the race pain free!
Would recommend Physio Performance to any runners out there who sustain any injuries during their training plan, especially if they’re last minute ones like mine was and your confidence is knocked because of it.

Fantastic physio- I highly recommend! In marathon training I was experiencing calf pain. Jonny quickly gave me an appointment and with a thorough investigation, was able to tell me I had a calf strain. After needling and massage, Jonny gave me a serious of exercises to perform regularly to strengthen the calf muscle, which has really helped. Highly professional and brilliant care.
